About the Job
McKinsey’s Brand Marketing Team is hiring for a Marketing Analytics Manager to support global measurement initiatives. You'll be part of the Reach & Engagement (R&E) function, working at the intersection of brand marketing, data analytics, and technology strategy. This role is pivotal in advancing McKinsey’s marketing measurement maturity and driving actionable insights across its global campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Design engaging reports to showcase the impact of brand marketing.
- Enrich and consult on 1st-party data to better understand user journeys.
- Contribute to integration of dispersed marketing data sources and audit tech stack.
- Develop privacy-centric measurement roadmaps (conversion APIs, modeling).
- Manage event tracking using Adobe Analytics, GTM, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Lead test-and-learn experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with tech, digital, and media teams (e.g., LinkedIn, Google).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in marketing analytics within a global org, agency, or consultancy.
- Strong grasp of CRM, web analytics, social media platforms, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python; experience with Excel and Power BI.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, GTM, and Adobe Analytics preferred.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills using data.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for data-driven marketing and continuous learning.
