Your Role: Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support Gensler’s business development efforts through the creation of high-impact marketing materials. You’ll work under the direction of senior marketing staff to craft proposals, presentations, and collateral that reflect the power of design at Gensler.

What You Will Do
- Create, design, and support production of proposals and presentations aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate on pursuit strategies with senior staff
- Develop new marketing collateral to enhance business development
- Manage multiple, often fast-turnaround marketing projects
- Familiarize yourself with Gensler’s work, services, and practice areas
- Maintain and organize marketing resources (resumes, case studies, shared drives)
- Contribute to special projects and overall win strategies
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing or communications experience (preferably in AEC/design/professional services)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, or Interior Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong graphic design sensibilities; video editing a plus
- Portfolio of graphic design work required upon shortlisting
