Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist in the GSSO Global Marketing Team, you will execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives, particularly focused on the Supply Chain function. Your mission is to drive top-line revenue, support sales enablement, and optimize campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Create multi-channel content (email, social, website) aligned with strategic goals
- Optimize email performance with engaging content, tracking, and deployment
- Refine website content with strong SEO focus to increase organic traffic
- Craft high-converting ad copy for LinkedIn, SEM, and paid social
- Develop sales enablement materials and impactful collateral
- Partner with regional marketing leaders to tailor messaging and campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally across teams and geographies
- Analyze marketing KPIs and draw actionable insights to improve campaign ROI
- Coordinate with Gartner’s marketing Centers of Excellence for asset creation and campaign consistency
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing or related field
- 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in services, tech, or SaaS
- Proven track record with demand generation and integrated campaigns
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Ability to draw insights from campaign data and performance metrics
- Adaptability, creativity, and the drive to challenge the status quo
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
