Role Overview
Drive user engagement and retention for Groww’s Credit vertical using CRM channels like Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS. Take full ownership of CRM campaign design, execution, analysis, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute CRM strategy for user engagement across Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS
- Design and deploy daily campaigns and drip/drop-off journeys to increase conversions and app usage
- Take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution and delivery
- Optimize key CRM metrics such as Delivery %, CTR %, Conversions
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Creative teams for high-impact campaigns
- Monitor and report performance metrics, drawing insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely and efficient deployment of CRM activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years in CRM, Growth, or Digital Marketing roles
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like MoEngage, WebEngage, or CleverTap
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation
- Strong analytical mindset to monitor, interpret, and optimize campaign results
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Independent, self-driven, and result-oriented
- Curious, data-savvy, and passionate about growth and experimentation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience or education
