Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of AI solutions aligned with business needs
• Follow best software development practices for high-quality output
• Act as an AI evangelist within ABB, identifying opportunity areas and spreading awareness
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and service owners to deliver end-to-end products
• Lead enterprise-scale AI product deployment and scaling

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related AI-focused discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in AI/ML environments
• Proven experience with enterprise AI solution deployment and management
• Strong knowledge in:
  • Prompt engineering
  • Context construction
  • (Optional) Inference optimization, compute/data management, dataset engineering
• Proficiency with Azure (mandatory); experience with AWS/GCP is a plus
• Hands-on with:
  • AI infra tools: Azure AI Studio, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure Foundry
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Tech stack: .NET Framework, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
• API development & API Management on Azure
• Skilled in translating business goals into scalable technical AI solutions
• Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI practices

Preferred Skills

• Strategic mindset with a balance of business and technical thinking
• Experience with enterprise architecture and AI governance frameworks
• Strong communication and leadership ability in cross-functional global teams
• Understanding of customer experience analytics and industrial AI applications
