Job Role

As a Generative AI Solution Architect, you will design and implement large-scale GenAI solutions using IBM WatsonX and ecosystem partner stacks (Azure/OpenAI, AWS, Aleph Alpha, Hugging Face, and Open Source). You will be involved across the entire project lifecycle—from business development to solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of complex GenAI projects.
• Design and deploy scalable GenAI applications and platforms in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Advise on technology stacks for flexible and economical GenAI architectures.
• Support adoption of Agile DevOps, FinOps, MLOps, and Trustworthy AI practices.
• Stay up to date with AI trends and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to strategy, vision, and roadmap planning for IBM's GenAI offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Data, AI, Analytics, or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years in AI/Deep Learning/Generative AI solution design and delivery.
• Expertise in GenAI tools and platforms: WatsonX, OpenAI, Azure, AWS, Hugging Face, Aleph Alpha, etc.
• Understanding of architectures like transformer models, RAG, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience in multilingual environments.
• Fluency in English and German or French (strong plus).
