Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Generative AI-based solutions using Infosys & industry-standard tools.
- Implement LangChain applications and integrate LLMs for use in business workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to evaluate and refine model responses.
- Leverage Azure AI Services in solution development.
- Utilize traditional AI/ML models within SDLC stages.
- Conduct AI assurance testing to validate AI-infused applications.
- Align prompts with company goals and optimize for user experience.
- Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and ensure AI safety and performance.
- Stay current on the latest trends in Generative AI, including RAG, Agentic AI Frameworks, and commercial GenAI platforms.
Required Technical Skills
- Programming: Hands-on experience in Python, especially with LangChain.
- GenAI Expertise: Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure AI Services.
- AI/ML Models: Familiarity with traditional AI/ML algorithms in production environments.
- Tools & Frameworks: OpenAI APIs, Agentic AI (Optional), commercial GenAI tools.
