Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Generative AI-based solutions using Infosys & industry-standard tools.
• Implement LangChain applications and integrate LLMs for use in business workflows.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to evaluate and refine model responses.
• Leverage Azure AI Services in solution development.
• Utilize traditional AI/ML models within SDLC stages.
• Conduct AI assurance testing to validate AI-infused applications.
• Align prompts with company goals and optimize for user experience.
• Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and ensure AI safety and performance.
• Stay current on the latest trends in Generative AI, including RAG, Agentic AI Frameworks, and commercial GenAI platforms.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: Hands-on experience in Python, especially with LangChain.
• GenAI Expertise: Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure AI Services.
• AI/ML Models: Familiarity with traditional AI/ML algorithms in production environments.
• Tools & Frameworks: OpenAI APIs, Agentic AI (Optional), commercial GenAI tools.
