Position Summary
Join Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory team, where you'll help global clients tackle complex risk challenges with cutting-edge AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions. This role is part of the Digital Internal Audit team and focuses on leveraging digital and data capabilities to elevate audit operations and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement custom AI/Generative AI solutions to solve business needs.
- Use advanced ML and NLP techniques to train and fine-tune models, including LLMs.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and optimize LLM performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech specs.
- Deploy AI models on cloud/on-prem platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance.
- Share thought leadership and guide clients in adopting responsible AI practices.
- Conduct data preprocessing, modeling, and derive insights for decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into solutions.
Required Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG pipelines, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Proficiency with vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS).
- Familiar with Gen AI architecture/design and LLM evaluation metrics.
- Expertise in multi-modal data handling and preprocessing.
- Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LLM frameworks, cloud services.
- Knowledge of AI/Gen AI ethics, governance frameworks, and applications.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Certifications in AI/ML or Data Analytics.
