Your Impact

As an ML Engineer on our AI Foundation team, you'll:

• Develop Core AI Models:
  • Research and implement CV/NLP/generative models
  • Scale LLM integration for creative workflows
• Build Production Systems:
  • Design microservices for real-time inference
  • Optimize training pipelines on cloud infrastructure
• Shape Creative Tools:
  • Convert product needs into AI capabilities
  • Enhance personalized recommendations

What You'll Bring

Technical Requirements

• Education: BS/MS/PhD in CS, ML or related field
• Coding: Python/Java (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Specialized Skills:
  • LLM fine-tuning and agent frameworks
  • Multimodal (CV+NLP) model development
  • REST API design for ML services

Preferred Experience

• Creative/imaging domain knowledge
• Federated learning implementation
• CI/CD with Jenkins/Git
