LLM Engineer - Responsible AI | Infosys
Design, develop and deploy large language models with ethical AI principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development:
  • Collect, clean and preprocess text data for LLM training
  • Create synthetic datasets when required
• Model Development:
  • Architect and train LLM models
  • Optimize hyperparameters for performance
• Model Evaluation:
  • Conduct rigorous testing on held-out datasets
  • Assess generated text quality and coherence
• Production Deployment:
  • Package models for cloud deployment
  • Develop REST APIs for model serving
• Responsible AI:
  • Implement bias mitigation techniques
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Technical Requirements

Core Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with LLM architectures (GPT, BERT, etc.)
• Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, data visualization
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Nice-to-Have:

• R or MATLAB experience
• Statistical analysis background
• Data mining expertise
